The History:

This temple consists of a combination of three different temples, which include West Coast Hock Teng Si, Tian Gong Tan Zhao Ling Gong, and Xian Long Gong. The temple moved to its current location in the year 1992 with the two other temples and settled around Jurong West St 41.

Tian Gong Tan Zhao Ling Gong Temple was erected in 1917 by villagers for the worship of "Tian Gong " and "Qian Shou Guan Yin " as well as to celebrate "Hungry Ghosts Festival" in the 7th Lunar month. It was relocated from Clementi Park along Sunset Grove.

The temple was relocated in 1983. A Preparatory Committee was formed in 1988 to raise funds.

On 28 Feb 1992, the Preparatory Committee jointly bought a piece of land from HDB Land Office with Sheng Leng Temple and West Coast Hock Teck Si for a term of a 30-year lease.

The construction commenced on 14 March 1993 and was completed within two years.

The committee registered themselves as a society in 1993 and the application was approved in 1994.
